Altered Image Gallery While studying at Massachusetts College of Art and the Museum School, I discovered how to alter my images with text and a variety of media/techniques. This exploration gave rise to my "gessoed Styrofoam construc- tions" which I exhibited in several New England shows. For many years, I have playfully altered my images and in doing so, made the images more my own. I have hand colored or toned B&W pictures and explored the Polaroid world of transfers and lifts. In my most recent photographic art, I delve into my childhood and my family relationships, transforming them into personal statements of memory and emotion.
